Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) are the leading third level education provider in Irelands North East and home to over 5,000 students.
2023 will see DKIT launch two exciting new ventures in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math’s (STEM). The 1st is the opening of their new state-of-the-art STEM extension. DKIT will host their 2nd exciting venture which is the partnering of the “DkIT Love STEM” roadshow with I WISH. This new partnership will allow us to welcome female transition year students to DkIT, where we will share our passion for all things STEM, provide clarity around STEM education and careers and through our interactive workshops inspire the next generation of girls.
DkIT’s first I WISH campus week will take place on May 3rd 2023, led by Ciara O’Shea and the STEM Team (Dr Orla Sherlock, Dr Fiona Lawless, Mary Ellen Kennedy, Siobhan Molloy, Lynda McQuaid, Lavina McGahon).
