I Wish Awards
The I Wish Founders were honoured to receive and be nominated for many awards but would like to thank the hundreds of volunteers, private and public sector partners, higher education partners and I Wish ambassadors that have transformed I Wish from an ambitious plan to a movement which has to date positively impacted the lives of 22,000 girls.

I Wish was delighted to receive the Cairdeas Award from the American Chamber of Commerce recognising “Community Impact”
IT@Cork Chairpersons Community Award
I Wish received the IT@Cork Chairperson’s Community Award as founders of I Wish and their commitment to STEM
I Wish Alumni Award
One of the founders proudest moments receiving an Alumni Award at UCC as founders of I Wish recognised for innovation, successful collaboration, generosity to the community and putting faith and optimism in the potential of young girls to become skilled STEM graduates.
LAMA Community Awards
Ruth Buckley I Wish Co-Founder and Cork City Council were again successful in 2018 and picked up a LAMA Community & Council Award for their involvement with I Wish.
Image Awards
I Wish were shortlisted at the 2017 Image Business Women of the Year Awards nominated in the category of social entrepreneurship
Cork Person of the Month Awards
The I Wish Founders were delighted to receive the Cork Person of the Month Award for their commitment to promoting STEM Education
