Alina Buga is a Business Analyst in Engineering, AI & Data at Deloitte, specialising in Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions. Since joining the firm in September 2024, she has been part of the T&T Graduate Programme within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) team. Alina holds a degree in International Commerce with Hispanic Studies from University College Cork. She combines a strong interest in AI and automation with project & process management, alongside a passion for sports and learning new languages, demonstrating that technical expertise, strategic thinking, and diverse personal interests can thrive together. Supporting women in STEM is a cause close to Alina's heart, driving her to actively help young women succeed in tech careers.
