Ana Correa is a Principal Civil Engineer at Jacobs Engineering, leading the adoption of responsible AI within Ireland’s water sector. Drawing on her technical background in water infrastructure, she designs AI-enabled tools, establishes governance frameworks and embeds robust oversight practices into project delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
Ana is an active advocate for ethical, transparent and inclusive AI use. She is a member of the International Association for Safe & Ethical AI (IASEAI) and is actively engaged in the Women of Water community within Jacobs, supporting initiatives that highlight the experiences and leadership of women across the water industry. Through these roles, she contributes to discussions on how emerging technologies can strengthen decision-making, environmental stewardship and the delivery of critical infrastructure. Her work centres on advancing practical, responsible AI applications that improve outcomes for utilities, project teams and communities.
