Melissa Sheridan, MSc, BSc (Hons) Melissa is a business leader with a Master’s degree in Science and over 20 years’ commercial experience. She is co-owner of Strata, an award-winning Irish engineering company focused on using digital innovation to improve how construction projects are planned and delivered. Strata is the first Irish company in its sector to achieve B Corp certification. The company is proud of its 20% gender balance and actively works to make engineering and construction careers more inclusive, encouraging more girls and women to enter the industry. Previously, Melissa held senior marketing and commercial leadership roles at Kerry, AbbVie, and Abbott, where she led global strategies for science-led brands. She is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and inspiring more girls to explore the wide range of careers that STEM can offer.
