Sarah graduated in 2023 from ATU Sligo with a degree in Human Nutrition. She went on to complete the Food Safety and Quality graduate programme at Dawn Meats, one of Europe’s leading food companies, producing meat products for supermarkets and restaurants. Sarah is now a Quality Manager helping to maintain high standards of food safety and quality to ensure the meat products are safe to eat and of a consistent quality.
