Amanda Adewole is a young Irish woman who has been vocal about her experiences of racism in Ireland. She has participated in several events and talks, including the First Thought Talk at the Galway International Arts Festival where she discussed her experiences of racism in Ireland She has also appeared on the Irish Times Women’s Podcast to discuss everyday racism and the ways in which white people can become part of the solution .Amanda Adewole has been an inspiration to many people in Ireland and beyond. A Digital Content Creator, Podcast Host and Activist. A graduate of Analytical Chemistry and Forensic Science from IT Carlow, Amanda is currently serving as the Creative Director at Black and Irish.
