Nicola Rautenbach

Nicola has worked for Colgate-Palmolive for 20 years in a variety of IT roles with increasing responsibility, in her current role she is responsible for the delivery of Supply Chain IT applications to the Europe, Africa EurAsia and Asia Pacific Divisions. Nicola works in partnership with the Division Supply Chain leadership teams to understand their IT priorities and operational challenges, in parallel she works with her teams in Dublin and Mumbai, and the wider global IT organisation to deliver cutting edge technology matched to the global and divisional Supply Chain priorities. Nicola grew up in South Africa where she started her career working for Uniliever in their graduate programme and then as an IT consultant. After meeting her husband she moved to Ireland, they live in Dublin with their three teenage children and adorable dog. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal and an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management which she studied for through TUD Tallaght.
