My name is Sara Ann Biju and I am a Final Year Student of BSc. Chemistry in University College Cork. I am currently the Chairperson of the UCC WiSTEM Society and I hope to play my part in creating a space where young girls feel empowered to follow their dreams. My journey in STEM began at I Wish and I am dedicated to playing my part in inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders. I chose STEM as it is filled with limitless opportunities and individuals who do remarkable work daily. When I am not knee-deep in experiments and equations, I love to spend time dancing, cooking, travelling and painting.
